Shaun Cason ’23 and Anna Allport ’23 win Sachs scholarships

Shaun Cason ’23 was awarded the Sachs Scholarship to pursue a master’s degree at Worcester College at University of Oxford. He is the first veteran and the first transfer student to win the award. Anna Allport ’23, an independent concentrator in performance studies and interdisciplinary theater at Princeton, was also awarded the Sachs Global Scholarship,

NJ bear hunt returns as human interactions rise statewide

The hunt, which is considered controversial by some animal welfare organizations, aims to curb the state’s black bear population by at least 20 percent through a six-day hunt, beginning on Dec. 5.

Marie-Rose Sheinerman ’23 wins 2022 Rhodes Scholarship

Sheinerman is concentrating in history with a certificate in Russian, East European, and Eurasian studies at Princeton. Following her graduation this spring, she plans to pursue an M.Phil. in Modern European History at Oxford.

The market was first established in 2009 by a cooperative of restaurants in the Princeton area. Now in its 13th year of operation, the farmers’ market partners with 21 local and regional vendors.
