Women's Basketball: 34 straight points complete domination

The women’s basketball team had little difficulty fine-tuning their skills in the Ivy League this weekend. The Tigers (13-4 overall, 3-0 Ivy League) dismantled Cornell 64-35 on Friday and followed with a crushing 94-35 rout of Columbia on Sunday afternoon. The decisive wins extended Princeton’s win streak to six games and continued to solidify the Tiger hold on the top spot in the Ivy League.

Women's Basketball: No. 23 DePaul shoots past Princeton, 78-67

On Tuesday night, the women’s basketball team allowed small mistakes to be compounded against No. 23 DePaul, falling 78-67 for its second home loss of the season. “It’s a tough loss, but you want to play teams like this,” said junior forward Niveen Rasheed, who finished with 23 points and a career-high 18 rebounds. “We asked for this schedule, and it makes you a better team.”

Women's Soccer: Hoy sparks offensive breakout as hosts extend win streak

Despite strong offensive showings by the women’s soccer team all season, the squad has struggled to close out the games they seemed destined to win. But Princeton was finally able to convert its prowess in the Ivy League when it took and extended an early lead over Columbia on Saturday. The Tigers dominated the visitors 4-1 for their first Ivy League win of the season.
