Women’s soccer set for a title push after defeating Yale 3–1

With the Ivy League standings beginning to take shape, the Princeton women’s soccer team (8–2–2 overall, 3–1–0 Ivy League) added to their conference record with a 3–1 win over the Yale Bulldogs (5–4–3, 0–3–1) on Friday night. Following a week in which the Tigers lost 2–1 away against conference leaders Brown and defeated Penn 1–0 in Philadelphia, the team successfully corrected course with a dominant showing at home.

Men’s water polo opens conference play with three wins

Looking to win a third consecutive Northeast Water Polo Conference (NWPC) title, the No. 6 men’s water polo team (14–2 overall, 3–0 NWPC) got conference play underway at Denunzio Pool over the weekend. On Saturday, they beat No. 20 Harvard (8–3, 2–1) 17–11 in the afternoon before taking care of business in the evening vs. MIT (6–5, 0–3) 14–7. On Sunday, an afternoon matchup vs. the No.18 ranked Brown Bears (7–3, 2–1) resulted in a 15–9 Tiger win.

Women’s cross country races to a sixth place finish in a Boston “learning experience”

The Tigers got off to a strong start in Ivy League play Friday evening with a 2–1 against the Columbia Lions. It was their 10th straight conference win, in a streak dating back to October 2021. However, they fell to the No. 3 Northwestern Wildcats Sunday morning, 4–0.

Princeton broke their non-conference winning streak of 17 games, which stretched back to 2016, with the loss against Bryant.
