Track and field, softball, crew to compete this weekend

Following the recent advancement to Phase IV, the final stage of the Ivy League’s four-phase plan, Princeton Athletics has released an updated spring competition schedule that includes softball games, track meets, and rowing competitions. This weekend, teams will compete for the first time since the pandemic shuttered Ivy League athletics in March 2020.

‘Creating our competitive identity’: Women’s swimming and diving sets eyes on the fall

Coming off a dominant win at the Ivy League championships in 2020, the Princeton women’s swim and dive team was looking forward to defending their title in 2021. Instead, COVID-19 forced the cancellation of the entire season. Now back on track, the team looks forward to next season to try and remain on top.

Women’s hockey begins ‘second season’ against Quinnipiac in ECAC Quarterfinals

The Bobcats left their mark in Princeton’s record books in 2017 when they defeated the Tigers 3–2 in triple OT of game one in the ECAC Quarterfinals, the longest game in Tiger history. Since then, however, Princeton has dominated them, snuffing that 2017 team by winning the next two in the series, and then winning five of the six meetings since.

Burn the ships: wrestling looks ahead to 2019-2020 season

Last year, No. 11 Princeton wrestling pulled off what head coach Christopher Ayres called “the greatest collegiate athletic turnaround of all time.” The team had spent the year urging their fans to #GetIn: to buy into their program, to hop on board before the bandwagon did. Now Princeton wrestling is back, and the Tigers aren’t satisfied. Getting in isn’t enough. They want to burn the ships.
