Super Bowl LVIII is finally here, and the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers will face off at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada this Sunday, Feb. 11 at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Staff Picks: Men’s Lacrosse vs. Penn State

On the other side, Princeton is coming off of an Ivy League Championship, as they defeated the No. 9 Yale Bulldogs (9–5, 3–3 Ivy League) in the conference final to earn the automatic bid into the NCAA tournament. This is the Tigers’ 23rd NCAA Tournament appearance, as they chase the program’s seventh national title.

The Tigers and Big Red currently sit on top of the Ivy League standings, tied for first and having clinched a spot in the 2023 Ivy League Tournament. This Saturday’s game will determine which team will control the No. 1 seed entering the tournament.

Jeremiah Tyler ’22, the former linebacker and backbone of Princeton defensive football during his time as a Tiger, signed as a free agent to play with the United States Football League (USFL) Houston Gamblers on Wednesday, March 29. Tyler will begin his professional football career starting with the Gamblers season opener against the Michigan Panthers on April 16.
