Former Princeton economics professors Ben Bernanke and Philip Dybvig awarded Nobel Prize in Economics
Bhoomika Chowdhary and Mahya Fazel-ZarandiTwo former Princeton professors have been awarded the 2022 Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences. Bernanke is currently a distinguished senior fellow with the Economic Studies program at the Brookings Institution. He served as the chairman of the Federal Reserve from 2006 to 2014. Dybvig is a Professor of Banking and Finance at the Olin Business School of Washington University in St. Louis.
