Vice President for Campus Life Rochelle Calhoun recently sent out an email reporting no new incidents of confirmed hazing in the last six months and announcing the creation of a Hazing Prevention and Response Task Force, which will work alongside the StopHazing Hazing Prevention Consortium.

The six Bicker clubs, as well as one sign-in club, held officer elections this month. All eleven eating clubs have now elected new leaders, who will be responsible for governing their clubs following Princeton’s largest class ever entering into the eating club scene.

Students hopped at the chance to leap into Feb. 29 at a Campus Club event held by the Princeton Student Events Committee (PSEC) in commemoration of the leap year. Festivities included cake, trampolines, and frog-themed crafts to celebrate Princeton's 68th leap year.

Graduate students hope that what is currently McCosh Health Center will become a student center for graduate students once University Health Services migrates to the Frist Health Center anticipated to open in 2025. The University has not yet initiated future plans for McCosh Health Center.

Members of the Princeton University community received a TigerAlert on Friday, Feb. 23 about an email sent to multiple community members containing threats against the Jewish community on campus. The Department of Public Safety "assessed the credibility of the threat as low." According to the alert, members of other U.S. university communities received identical emailed threats.

Pressed by student activists calling on the University to divest its endowment from companies associated with “Israel’s ongoing military campaign, occupation, and apartheid policies” at the meeting of the Council of the Princeton University Community (CPUC) on Monday, President Christopher Eisgruber ’83 said the University would not take a stance on the issue until significant consensus on campus has been reached.
