The Town Council allocated funds for capital improvements, parking utility improvements, sewer improvements, and acquisition of open space in a meeting on Monday. Many of the new improvements will be financially assisted by the University’s voluntary contributions program.

As construction continues across campus, overnight work has been occurring on the site of the new Frist Health Center. While Princeton Town Ordinance limits the hours construction can occur, the University is exempt.

Last Friday, University Health Services sent an email to the campus community announcing that the University would no longer require students to isolate upon a positive COVID-19 test or report positive test results. The email also warned of an anticipated increase in sickness following spring break travel.

A conglomeration of groups on campus have undertaken a collaborative effort to support Muslim students during Ramadan, which began March 10 and runs through April 9. A number of prayer spaces across campus, as well as increased meal options, are being offered this year to serve an estimated Muslim population of about 400 people.

A specialist in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision, Li relates in her memoir her experiences as a researcher, a Princeton student, and a Chinese immigrant in America — a blend of the deeply personal and professional.
