U. axes independent meal option, will require upperclassmen living on-campus to buy dining plan

As part of the change, the University will offer a Block 32 meal plan for students in an eating club or co-op, replacing the two free meals/week currently offered to upperclassmen. Upperclassmen not in an eating club or co-op living on campus will be mandated to purchase either Unlimited or the Block 160 plan.
