USG President Stephen Daniels ’24 proposed the revival of the pub, which was once located in the basement of Chancellor Green, during his run for the presidency. McNally told the Senate that her committee would aim to set a date for a campus pub trial run in the next few weeks, with the pilot likely to occur sometime after fall break.

Princeton students joined campus workers this past Thursday in voicing concerns over employees’ inadequate wages, restriction on speech, and lack of support from the University. The event was held by YDSA and supported by SEIU-175, with remarks from SEIU president Jeff Coley, PGSU, and several union members.

On Sept. 19, a truck with a mounted screen was spotted driving around campus and downtown Princeton, flashing slides with images and messaging targeting the University, President Eisgruber, and the Alliance for Jewish Progressives (AJP). The Jewish Leadership Project (JLP), an independent organization, has claimed responsibility for the truck and messages.

Princeton settles out of court with former grad student held in Iran

On Aug. 1, the University settled a lawsuit filed by Xiyue Wang and his wife Hua Qu GS ’21. Wang was detained in Iran for three years, after having traveled there for research. He alleged "irreparable harm" resulting from the University's "reckless willful, wanton, and grossly negligent acts."

Campus dining will unveil a late-night food truck this weekend, open Thursday through Saturday from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. The change comes following an adjustment to Frist Campus Center's hours, which now closes at 2 a.m. instead of 3 a.m.
