Members of the University received a Campus Safety Alert on Tuesday night about a reported incident of lewdness that occurred near the University around 6:15 p.m. A female undergraduate running on the tow path reported that she saw a man exposing himself on the side of the path. The man did not approach her or speak to her, and she continued running, Public Safety reported.
Described as a white male who could be anywhere from his late 20s to early 40s and 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet 1 inch in height, the suspect was wearing a black fleece jacket with blue jeans. He also had brownish-red hair, a mustache and a goatee. He was seen carrying a black camera bag with silver trim.
The Department of Public Safety asks anyone with information relating to this incident to contact its office, visit the confidential tip line on their website or contact the Township Police.
