From the editor-in-chief

The reporter, who will no longer work for the ‘Prince,' admitted that what she reported was not what the student said and explained that she fabricated the statement because she was in a rush. Any fabrication, of course, is completely unacceptable and damages the credibility of the ‘Prince.'

We take measures to ensure that all of our content is truthful and accurate, but it is evident that they failed in this instance. We sincerely regret the fabrication and apologize to the misrepresented student and our readers. We will take further steps to remind our staff of the importance of complete accuracy in reporting in order to ensure that everything we publish fairly reflects what people tell us.
