The men's squash team lost to Harvard, 4-1, Sunday in the finals of the United States Squash and Racquet Association Five-man Team Tournament, ending an impressive run for the Tigers.
Princeton had defeated the United States Junior National Team in the semifinals before falling to the Crimson.
"It was tough coming back from break," senior No. 1 Peter Yik said. "This sends a message to all of the guys that we need to work a lot harder. The result that we got, 4-1, wasn't very good.
"I consider it almost a blessing in disguise in that it's motivated the team to really work a lot harder. We've made a commitment to train harder and really push each other harder than we have been."
Freshman No. 2 David Yik – Peter's brother – was the only Princeton competitor to win a match against Harvard.
