University closed for non-essential personnel due to weather

Because of severe weather, the University closed to non-essential personnel as of 6 a.m. on Wednesday, March 7. Classes are to be held as scheduled, although some professors have chosen to cancel their classes and office hours.

Individuals who drive to campus were instructed to park in the North and West garages.

Except for Mudd Manuscript Library, all U. libraries are open, relying on student staff.

Frist Campus Center is also still open, as well as U. dining halls.

Athletic facilities and campus recreation are closed.

The U. will return to normal operations at 9 p.m. on Wednesday.
